MisarReach Channels is the connectivity layer that powers multi-channel outreach. Every reply, regardless of which channel it comes from, lands in a unified inbox.
For SMS and WhatsApp, MisarReach supports a Bring Your Own Twilio (BYOT) model. Connect your existing Twilio account and phone numbers — your existing sender reputation, your existing opt-in lists, your existing compliance configuration. For WhatsApp specifically, you can also connect directly via Meta's WhatsApp Business API (WABA), which gives you access to template messages, interactive buttons, and catalog sharing.
LinkedIn outreach is handled through a secure browser-automation layer that respects LinkedIn's connection request limits and message rate limits. The Sales Agent can manage LinkedIn touches autonomously within your configured daily caps, ensuring your account stays in good standing while still driving volume at scale.
Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter channels are connected via official Meta Graph API and Twitter API v2 respectively, so all messages comply with platform terms of service. Channel health dashboards surface connection status, daily send limits, and error rates in real time so you can proactively address issues before they affect campaign performance.
